            Reed Herrera Posts a New Career-High in  Stolen Bases        
        
		
        
        
            Winning always takes teamwork, but  on Friday  Reed Herrera stepped things up a notch to give McClave the 'W'. Herrera  scored two  runs and  stole three bases while  getting on base  in two of his three plate appearances, which was good enough to  set a new career-high in  stolen bases.
 Looking ahead,  Herrera and McClave will stay at home for another  game and welcome Springfield at 3:00  p.m.  on Monday. The last time  Herrera duked it out with the Longhorns (back in April of 2024), the Cardinals came out on top by a score of  10-3. Will another strong game from  Herrera be enough to do it again?
