Football Recap: Plainfield North Comes Up Short

After flying high against Plainfield East last Friday, Plainfield North came back down to earth. The game between the Tigers and the Bolingbrook Raiders didn't end well, with the Tigers falling 28-14. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Raiders apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Plainfield North's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Bolingbrook, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Plainfield North is set to face off against their familiar foe Yorkville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Bolingbrook will square off against rival Minooka at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
