Football Game Preview: Palmer Panthers vs. Greenfield Green Wave

Palmer is preparing for their first league matchup of the season on Friday. They will look to defend their home field against the Greenfield Green Wave at 7:00 p.m. Neither Palmer nor Greenfield posted many points in their last games, so it might be the defenses that decide this one.

On Friday, Palmer was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 12-7 to Chicopee. The Panthers have struggled against the Pacers recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 38-6, which was the final score in Greenfield's tilt against Frontier Regional on Friday.

Palmer now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Greenfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
