Baseball Recap: Tech's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Tech won against Weequahic on Friday with 12 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Saturday. The Panthers beat the Indians by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 12-4. Considering the Panthers have won six games by more than seven runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory was the third in a row for Tech, bringing their record up to 7-3. Admittedly, the team didn't face the toughest opposition across those games, namely Weequahic, they, and University. As for the Indians, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tech will venture away from home to face off against University at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Weequahic, they will head out to challenge Shabazz at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
