In other pitching news, Cayden True looked comfortable as he pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances.

Dickson County's win bumped their record up to 16-13. As for Northwest, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-8.
