After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mauldin, Woodmont was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Laurens Raiders a 1-0 shutout. The victory continues a trend for Woodmont in their matchups with Laurens: they've now won three in a row.

Woodmont's one-goal win came courtesy of Sandro Sanatana, who's now up to seven this season.
