It was a good run, but  Northside unfortunately witnessed the end of their  six-match winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Moore Lions by a score of  2-1.
 Northside's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Eden Fields, who  had 11  digs and one  assist. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kamdyn Flemming, who  had 14  assists and seven  digs.
Northside's loss dropped their record down to 14-10. As for Moore,  the  victory made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 9-15.
 Northside has already played their next contest,  a  2-0  defeat against Oklahoma City S on the 3rd. Hopefully Moore paid attention to the Grizzlies'  matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Grizzlies  at 1:30  p.m.  on Saturday.
