Last Thursday, Oilton got the win against Paden by a conclusive 8-2. The win was just what Oilton needed coming off of a 13-2 loss in their prior matchup.
Dawson DeShazer was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out six over four innings pitched. DeShazer was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 2-for-2.
