Cincinnati College Prep Academy waltzed into their contest on Thursday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They enjoyed a cozy 64-45 victory over the Lockland Panthers. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 365th, while the Panthers are ranked 786th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Cincinnati College Prep Academy pushed their record up to 16-5 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.6 points over those games. As for Lockland, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-17 record this season.
