El Dorado didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Presley Downey and Fitzpatrick. Downey has become a key player for El Dorado: the team is undefeated when she posts at least one interception, but 3-9 otherwise. Another thorn in Rosary Academy's side was Jean Hayley Cameron, who picked up two sacks and made six total tackles (3.0 for loss).

El Dorado's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Rosary Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-13.

El Dorado wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 13-6 win against Troy on the 17th. As for Rosary Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 21-0 victory against Irvine on the 15th.
