Lummi and Concrete are an even 3-3 against one another since October of 2017, but not for long. The Blackhawks will head out on the road to take on the Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Neither Lummi nor Concrete posted many points in their last games, so it might be the defenses that decide this one.

On Friday, Lummi took a blow against Tulalip Heritage, falling 58-8. The Blackhawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Concrete had to suffer through a 34-6 loss at the hands of La Conner. The loss put an end to the Lions' undefeated start to the season.

Lummi now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Concrete, their loss dropped their record down to 2-1.

Lummi might still be hurting after the 42-16 defeat they got from Concrete when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Thankfully for the Blackhawks, Josiah Rider (who rushed for 212 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also picked up 66 receiving yards and one score) won't be suiting up this time.
