Baseball Recap: Tecumseh Takes a Loss

Tecumseh and Northeast Dubois squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Tecumseh had to settle for second. They fell 6-2 to the Jeeps. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Braves couldn't push the score so high this time.

Tecumseh saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Taylor George, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Tecumseh's defeat dropped their record down to 9-17-1. As for Northeast Dubois, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 16 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-8 record this season.

Tecumseh does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Northeast Dubois, they will face off against Wood Memorial at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
