Volleyball Recap: New Trier Falls Short Against Ranked Glenbard West

New Trier faced Glenbard West in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Trevians fell just short of the Hilltoppers by a score of 2-1. The Trevians have struggled against the Hilltoppers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

New Trier's defeat dropped their record down to 17-8. As for Glenbard West, the win was the 14th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 27-3.

Coming up, New Trier will be taking part in a tournament against Libertyville at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Glenbard West, they will square off against Lyons at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
