Holcomb has gone 8-2 against Cimarron recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Longhorns are taking a road trip to take on the Bluejays at 4:00 p.m. The last three games Holcomb has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Thursday, Holcomb and Thomas More Prep-Marian finished up their contest with a 0-0 draw.

Meanwhile, Cimarron waltzed into their matchup on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Lions a 7-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Bluejays, who have now won five games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Cimarron's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. Holcomb's draw makes their record 5-3-2 this season.

Holcomb was able to grind out a solid win over Cimarron in their previous meeting back in April of 2025, winning 10-5. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Longhorns since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
