Michigan Center's Josh Padelt recorded the longest rushing play in Cascades this season in his game against Vandercook Lake last week. Padelt scampered for 80 yards on the play and finished with 100 on the day as his team beat the Jayhawks.

Manchester was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from sixth to fourth in the league. Earlier in the week, the Flying Dutchmen defeated Napoleon 41-6.

Michigan Center's dynamic duo of Dylan Zaborowski and Trevor Frizzell proved tough for Vandercook Lake to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Zaborowski threw for 129 yards and 3 touchdowns and Frizzell had 77 yards receiving. Brandon Knapp helped Michigan Center's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 50 yards.

Troy Allen's team's dynamic duo of Zaborowski and Frizzell proved to be unstoppable against Matt Markwart's team, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.

Zaborowski put up the best numbers through the air as the Cardinals bested the Jayhawks.

Frizzell was the best wideout in the league this week as Michigan Center defeated Vandercook Lake.

Marco Peterra was a key player and the best on defense this week as Grass Lake topped Addison. The 6-foot-0 senior.

Caleb Sabo was the most successful running back in Cascades this week. He ran for 117 yards on 9 carries as the Warriors beat the Jayhawks. Teammate Justin Wright added to the ground attack by rushing for 105 yards.

Michigan Center's Zaborowski and Frizzell have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 5-11 quarterback Zaborowski has thrown for 231 yards this season, while Frizzell has 5 catches for 150 yards. Sabo from Grass Lake leads the league in rushing with 234 yards.
