False River's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They blew past the Scotlandville Hornets 20-5. The match marked the Gators' most dominant win of the season so far.

False River's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Scotlandville, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coincidentally, False River and Scotlandville will both be playing Northeast the next time they take the field. False River will head out to face Northeast at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while Scotlandville will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
