Soccer Recap: Desert Hills Comes Up Short

Desert Hills was the 3-1 winner over Dixie when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Desert Hills fell just short of Dixie by a score of 3-2 on Friday. Desert Hills fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against Dixie since on Friday.

Boone Heaton wasn't going to let Dixie walk away unscathed as he scored both of Desert Hills' goals, bringing his season total up to five goals.

Desert Hills now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Dixie, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
