Clovis North's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They blew past the Clovis West Golden Eagles 3-0. Surprisingly, this marked the fourth straight game that the away team has come away the victor.

While Clovis North won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-14, 25-17.

Clovis North's victory bumped their record up to 17-9. As for Clovis West, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-18.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clovis North will host Clovis East at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Clovis West, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Central at 6:30 p.m. The Golden Eagles are facing the Grizzlies at the right time seeing as the Grizzlies are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
