Johnson Central benefitted from Rose in 15-0 win
While Wednesday's win was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Kyle Rose. He turned in nothing short of a gem on Wednesday: he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched.
Rose's strong effort led Johnson Central over Martin County and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Johnson Central is 10-0 against Martin County going back to April of 2017, a lead they'll look to extend.
