Pascack Valley won the last time they faced Paramus and things went their way on Friday too. The Panthers claimed a resounding 35-7 win over the Spartans. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Panthers' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey football rankings (they are ranked 68th, while the Spartans are ranked 214th).

Pascack Valley got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Nicholas Ocampo out in front who rushed for 102 yards and two TDs. Those 102 rushing yards gave Ocampo a new career-high. Marc Dellaquila was another key pass catcher, gaining 105 total yards.

Pascack Valley is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. As for Paramus, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Pascack Valley will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on River Dell on the 17th. As for Paramus, they have already played their next contest, a 28-14 loss against Dumont on the 10th.
