Softball Recap: Weston Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Weston's offense. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 17-0 to the Wauzeka-Steuben Hornets, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The loss continues a trend for the Silver Eagles in their meetings with the Hornets: they've now lost seven in a row.

Weston's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Wauzeka-Steuben, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Hornets beat Weston by a score of 15-0 later that day.
