Baseball Recap: Quantico Comes Up Short at Home Against Fredericksburg V

Quantico unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Fredericksburg V Victory on Thursday, falling 12-6.

H Davis was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Davis was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing Two bases.

In other batting news, B Faulk was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing Three bases. while going 2-for-3.

While Quantico had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
