Thomasville dropped down to 4-4 on Saturday, ending the team's four-game streak of wins. They fell 2-0 to the Community Christian Chargers. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Chargers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2022.

Kamryn Shokat paced Thomasville's offense, picking up five kills. Shokat were helped by Adalee King and Kinley Peterson, who contributed four assists each. Finally, Bryce Rieck kept Thomasville's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.

As for Community Christian, the win keeps them at an undefeated 7-0. The game was the first time they have beaten Thomasville on their court since October 6, 2020.

Violet (O'Factor) McMillan was nothing short of spectacular: she had 18 digs and five assists. That's the most assists she has posted over her last seven contests.

Thomasville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against North Florida Christian on the 26th. As for Community Christian, they have also already played their next game, a 3-1 win against Rickards on the 25th.
