New Buffalo is a perfect 4-0 against Covert since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Bison will head out to square off against the Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

New Buffalo will bounce into Monday's match after beating Coloma, who they had gone 0-6-1 against in their seven prior meetings. The Bison never let the Comets get on the board and left with a 5-0 victory on Friday.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Covert, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They came out on top against Comstock by a score of 2-0 on Wednesday.

Covert's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for New Buffalo, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4-2.

New Buffalo came out on top in a nail-biter against Covert in their previous matchup back in May of 2024, sneaking past 2-1. Will the Bison repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
