Baseball Recap: Palmetto Christian Academy Starts Season with Defeat at Home

Palmetto Christian Academy unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Northside Christian Academy Crusaders on Thursday, falling 19-2. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it nine in a row.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Palmetto Christian Academy will challenge Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Northside Christian Academy, they will take on Bamberg-Ehrhardt in a tournament on Friday.
