Soccer Recap: Grant Takes a Loss

Grant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 10-0 to the Enid Plainsmen. While losing is never fun, Grant can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma soccer rankings (they are ranked 125th, while Enid are ranked 41st).

Grant's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Enid, they pushed their record up to 6-5 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Grant will take on Sapulpa at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Grant are facing Sapulpa at the right time seeing as Sapulpa are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Enid, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Jenks on the 17th.
