Benny Guevara was a major factor in Notus's win over Centennial Baptist on Tuesday. Guevara made a splash, going 8-for-14 en route to 19 points in addition to six boards and five steals. He played a big game the last time he faced Centennial Baptist back in November of 2023, so the team probably should've seen him coming. Guevara is becoming a predictor of Notus' success: when he posts at least five steals the team is undefeated (and 7-8 when he doesn't).
