Providence Catholic waltzed into their game on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Lisle Lions.

Abbey Knight paced Providence Catholic's offense, picking up nine kills. Knight got some help from Delaney Purtill and her nine assists. Purtill was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Providence Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Lisle, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Providence Catholic wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Marian Catholic on the 30th. As for Lisle, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Oak Forest on the 30th.
