Football Recap: Hillcrest Triumphs

After losing to Northside the last time they met, Hillcrest decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Patriots walked away with a 31-20 victory over the Rams on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Patriots.

Hillcrest now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Northside, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 10-1.

Coming up, Northside will square off against Holt at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Hillcrest will be paying especially close attention to the Rams' match: after the Rams face off against Tuscaloosa County, they'll take on Hillcrest again at 2:00 p.m. on October 7.
