Basketball Recap: Harrison Comes Up Short

After flying high against Riverside last Wednesday, Harrison came back down to earth. The Harrison Huskies took a 64-47 bruising from the Walter Panas Panthers on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Huskies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 237th, while the Panthers are ranked 18th).

Harrison now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Walter Panas, they pushed their record up to 11-1 with the win, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season.

Harrison will challenge Byram Hills at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Walter Panas, they will square off against John Jay at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
