Assumption came tearing into Tuesday's game with four straight wins and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 62-50 victory over the Davenport Central Blue Devils. This was a revenge game for the Knights: when they faced off against the Blue Devils back in December of 2024, they had to take a 57-49 defeat.

Assumption is also on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.8 points per game. As for Davenport Central, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Assumption will host North Scott at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Davenport Central, they will be playing at home against Central Clinton at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
