Basketball Recap: Habersham Central Takes a Loss

After flying high against Stephens County last Tuesday, Habersham Central came back down to earth. The Habersham Central Raiders fell just short of the Loganville Red Devils by a score of 40-37 on Friday.

Habersham Central has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season. As for Loganville, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Habersham Central will take on Apalachee at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Loganville, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Providence Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
