Volleyball Recap: Bishop Manogue's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three + How To Watch

Bishop Manogue had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They blew past the Galena Grizzlies 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 on September 11th.

Bishop Manogue not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Galena between 16 and 17 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-17, 25-16.

Kaetlie Harris paced Bishop Manogue's offense, picking up 18 kills. Harris got some help from Sofia Sterrett and her 36 assists. Sterrett also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Lily Beckwith, each putting up six.

Bishop Manogue's victory bumped their record up to 18-6. As for Galena, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-10.

Coincidentally, Bishop Manogue and Galena will both be playing Carson the next time they take the court. The Miners will head out to face the Senators at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Grizzlies will host them at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th.
