Soccer Recap: Pender Comes Up Short

Pender was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 10-1 to the Heide Trask Titans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Heide Trask this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-0 on Tuesday.

Pender's goal came courtesy of Brianna Behal, who's now up to five this season.

Pender's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Heide Trask, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3-2 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pender will welcome North Brunswick at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Heide Trask, they will host East Columbus at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
