Maryville is 8-0 against Cameron since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Maryville Spoofhounds will be playing in front of their home fans against the Cameron Dragons at 6:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Last Friday, Maryville was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 48-44 to Mid-Buchanan. The Spoofhounds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Cameron was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 60-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lathrop. While losing is never fun, the Dragons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 322nd, while the Mules are ranked 71st).

Maryville's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Cameron, their loss dropped their record down to 4-11.

Everything came up roses for Maryville against Cameron in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, as the team secured a 77-40 win. Does Maryville have another victory up their sleeve, or will Cameron turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
