Basketball Recap: Don Bosco's Run of Three Straight Victories Now Over

Don Bosco and Marquette squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Don Bosco had to settle for second. They fell 65-53 to the Marquette Defenders. If the Dons were looking for revenge after losing 75-49 to the Dons when the teams met back in January of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

With the defeat, Don Bosco broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 20-11. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points over those games.
