Basketball Game Preview: Crane Mustangs vs. Prairie City/Burnt River

Crane has gone 5-0 against Prairie City/Burnt River recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Crane Mustangs will be playing in front of their home fans against Prairie City/Burnt River at 6:00 p.m. Crane is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.

Crane's offense will try to repeat the strong performance it gave on Saturday, when they got past Liberty Charter's usually-dominant defense. Crane blew past Liberty Charter, posting a 59-24 win. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 26 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Prairie City/Burnt River came up short against Powder Valley on Friday and fell 47-35. Prairie City/Burnt River hasn't had much luck with Powder Valley recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Crane has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.3 points per game. As for Prairie City/Burnt River, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.
