Soccer Recap: Hilliard Comes Up Short

Hilliard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They fell 4-2 to the Fernandina Beach Pirates. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Red Flashes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-1 back in December of 2024.

Hilliard's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Fernandina Beach, they now have a winning record of 7-6-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hilliard will venture away from home to take on West Nassau at 7:20 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fernandina Beach, they will head out on the road to face off against Nease at 7:20 p.m. on Friday.
