Preview: Indianapolis Howe vs. Lawrence North
If the MaxPreps rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for the Lawrence North Wildcats. They are on the road again on Tuesday and play against the Indianapolis Howe Hornets. Lawrence North is coming into the game hot, having won seven in a row.
A well-balanced attack led the Wildcats over Fort Wayne South Side every single quarter on their way to victory this past Saturday. Lawrence North really took it to Fort Wayne for a full four quarters, racking up an 88-53 win on the road. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Lawrence North had established a 60-35 advantage.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 89-33, which was the final score in Indianapolis Howe's tilt against Lawrence Central this past Saturday. Indianapolis was in a tough position by the half, with the score already sitting at 44-20.
The Wildcats are now 21-1 while Indianapolis sits at 13-8. Lawrence North is 19-1 after wins this year, and the Hornets are 5-2 after losses.
