It's playoff time, and Christiansburg had no trouble coming through when it counted. They never let the Turner Ashby Knights get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for Christiansburg, who have now won 12 games by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Turner Ashby with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sami Seife (2), Grey McDowell, and Samuel Velasquez.

Christiansburg pushed their record up to 16-3 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 41 goals over those eight matchups. As for Turner Ashby, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-4.

Looking ahead, Christiansburg will square off against Meridian at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Meridian will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Christiansburg surely won't give up without a fight. Turner Ashby does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
