Basketball Recap: Adullam House Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Adullam House Christian Academy played a tough match on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 52-22 loss at the hands of the Glen Iris Baptist Swordsmen. Adullam House Christian Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 31-11.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Glen Iris Baptist to victory, but perhaps none more so than Rebekah Everett, who posted 13 points in addition to five assists and three steals. Everett is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Lanie Saruse, who went 9-for-19 on her way to 18 points and three steals.

This is the second loss in a row for Adullam House Christian Academy and nudges their season record down to 1-2. As for Glen Iris Baptist, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-2.

As of now, neither Adullam House Christian Academy nor Glen Iris Baptist have any future games scheduled.
