Soccer Game Preview: Bethany vs. Community Christian

For the first time this season, Bethany will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will take on the Community Christian Royals at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Community Christian took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Bethany, who comes in off a win.

Bethany will roll into the matchup after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one goal last Tuesday, then bounced right back against Clinton last Friday. The Bronchos came out on top against the Red Tornadoes by a score of 4-2. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Bethany's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Meanwhile, Community Christian came up short against Oklahoma Christian last Thursday, falling 5-1. Community Christian were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-1.

Having lost for the first time this season, Community Christian fell to 2-1. As for Bethany, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Everything went Bethany's way against Community Christian when the teams last played back in April of 2025, as Bethany made off with a 10-1 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bronchos since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
