Mountain View had to endure a five-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against the Northridge Grizzlies by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in September.

In the three sets Mountain View was on fire: they won each by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-13, 24-26, 25-10.

Addison Roark paced Mountain View's offense, picking up 12 kills. Roark got some help from Jaya Hickey and her 27 assists. Roark was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 7-12. As for Northridge, they dropped their record down to 1-16 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Mountain View will square off against rival Greeley Central at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Northridge is set to take on their familiar foe Wellington at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
