Volleyball Recap: Palmdale Academy Charter School Takes a Loss

Palmdale Academy Charter School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Vasquez Mustangs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on April 3rd.

Palmdale Academy Charter School was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-14, 25-11.

Palmdale Academy Charter School's loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Vasquez, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-5.

Palmdale Academy Charter School does not have any more games scheduled as of now. After both having extra time off, Vasquez and Rosemead will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
