American Prep WV came tearing into Thursday's matchup with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 69-68 W against Non Varsity Opponent. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Non Varsity Opponent, too.

American Prep WV found their leader in sophomore Chris Monroy, who posted 25 points and eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Judo Oman, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine boards.

American Prep WV smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 32 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.

American Prep WV's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-6.
