Soccer Recap: Bayshore Takes a Loss

The matchup between Bayshore and Admiral Farragut on Tuesday hardly resembled the 1-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Bayshore Bruins lost 6-3 to the Admiral Farragut BlueJackets. The Bruins' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Bayshore's loss dropped their record down to 1-4-1. As for Admiral Farragut, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-5.

Bayshore is taking a road trip to challenge Manatee at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Admiral Farragut, they will host Canterbury at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Admiral Farragut knows how to get goals on the board -- the squad has finished with four goals or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Canterbury likes a good challenge.
