Recap: Fort Wayne North Side Legends vs. East Central Trojans

Jaxson Fugate was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 23 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Javion Davenport, who scored 12 points along with six assists.
When it comes to explaining why East Central lost, one person who can't be blamed is Dylan Maxwell. Despite the final result, he scored 14 points along with seven assists and seven rebounds. Carson Pieczonka was another key contributor, scoring 19 points along with three steals.
Fort Wayne North Side's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for East Central, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.
Fort Wayne North Side is on the road again on Friday and play against Fort Wayne Wayne at 6:45 p.m. on January 5th. Fort Wayne Wayne will be looking to keep their four-game home win streak alive. East Central will take on Northwest at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
