Recap: Ridgeland Panthers vs. Bremen Blue Devils
The Ridgeland Panthers posted their biggest win since December 9, 2023 on Friday. They blew past Bremen 70-49. The win made it back-to-back wins for Ridgeland.
Ridgeland's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Chase Hickman, who scored eight points along with eight assists and eight rebounds. Hickman hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. Matthew Ramsey was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with three steals.
Ridgeland pushed their record up to 11-6 with that win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.0 points per game. As for Bremen, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-16.
Ridgeland will head out on the road to take on LaFayette at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Bremen, they will be playing at home against Armuchee at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
