Football Game Preview: Perry/Mount Morris vs. York/Pavilion

York/Pavilion will challenge Perry/Mount Morris on the road at 7:30 PM on Friday. York/Pavilion are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the contest prepared for a fight.

Their game two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to York/Pavilion, but their most recent matchup may have softened the blow. They took their matchup against Bolivar-Richburg last week by a conclusive 32-0 score. York/Pavilion were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

Meanwhile, after a dominant win in their game, Perry/Mount Morris were humbled. They fell just short of Geneseo by a score of 24-26.

York/Pavilion's victory lifted them to 1-1 while Perry/Mount Morris's defeat dropped them down to 2-1. We'll find out if York/Pavilion can add another positive mark to their record or if Perry/Mount Morris can shake off the loss and take the spring out of York/Pavilion's step.
