Soccer Recap: Stover Comes Up Short

Stover was the 4-1 winner over St. Paul Lutheran when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Saints by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. Stover have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Stover's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for St. Paul Lutheran, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Stover has already played their next contest, an 8-0 loss against Southern Boone on the 15th. St. Paul Lutheran does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
